Tony is a Managing Partner and
co-founder of The Pritzker Group. The Pritzker Group is a private
investment firm representing Pritzker family interests. The firm's
reputation is built on strong management partnerships, integrity and a
focus on excellence.
The Pritzker Group partners
with management teams in leveraged buyouts, acquisitions and
recapitalizations of middle-market companies across a broad range of
manufacturing, distribution, and service industry sectors. Focused
primarily on control transactions involving mature/high quality
companies, The Pritzker Group brings a combination of investment and
operating expertise, decades of experience across a wide range of
industries and a broad relationship network to optimize the performance

Tony has over twenty years
leading middle-market manufacturing and distribution companies. From
2004 to 2007 he served as Chairman of AmSafe Partners, the leader in
aircraft seating restraints. From 2000 to 2004 he served as President of
Baker Tanks, the nation's leading tank and pump equipment rental
business. In 1998, he was appointed by the Marmon Group to oversee
Stainless Industrial Companies, a portfolio of several industrial
manufacturing companies. From 1996-1998 Tony served as the Regional Vice
President of operations in Asia for Getz Bros. & Co. Prior to 1996, Tony
was a Group Executive at the Marmon Group and directed operations at
Arzo, MD Tech, Micro-Aire, Oshkosh Door and Fenestra.
Tony is an active member and
leader of the Los Angeles community. He is a trustee of Cal Arts, serves
as a Director for Heal The Bay and is a member of the Dartmouth Board of
Overseers. For his stewardship, Tony has received honors from Friends of
Sheba Medical Center in Israel, Young Presidents’ Organization and the
Brandeis Bardin Institute. Tony received his M.B A. from the University
of Chicago and his B.A. in Engineering from Dartmouth College.
